I finished it last week (Listen to it over a few days during my commute). I think I, and most people I know identify most with Carlos. It’s interesting. He sounds like the team-player-prototype, but I agree with the author, that even team members who are always willing to help everyone need to be held accountable for their own deliverables. Thanks for the recommendation.
