I thought the same thing about that quote from the tour. It sounds EXACTLY like cw from my experience.

Christina,

Great job! Regardless of what many are saying, I think your team has given Google a few things to think about. I'd love to know what your testing showed you, but I'm sure that's as proprietary as the CEO's underwear. :)

I hope to blog a bit about it later. For now, Joshua's comments are in line with many of my thoughts.
