That was a heartwarming and interesting talk both from the personal fulfillment , design research and the business perspective. I think I'm going to check out the book.

I was inspired too-- her idealism firmly rooted in reality, her determination, her innovation, her plain old fashioned smarts... it's been a long time since I last met someone I'd slap the lable "hero" on. And now I have someone to call a heroine.
