I'd like to invite everyone to visit my favorite destination, South Padre Island Texas! Located on the southern most "Tropical Tip" of Texas, it's a hub of beautiful beaches, warm Gulf of Mexico waters, fishing, boating, bird watching, shopping and more. South Padre Island is one of the premier vacation destinations in the world. Spring Break 2004 at South Padre was one of the wildest ever. The Island hosts some of the finest hotels, condos, restaurants, bars, grills, and bikini contests in the United States. South Padre Island and its surrounding communities offer a variety of parks, museums and other attractions unparalleled anywhere. A clothing optional beach is also nearby as well as horseback riding, jet ski rental, parasailing and much more. The international bridge at Matamoros Mexico is only a 30 minute drive from the island. Find links to all points of interest at http://www.spi.us, the primary information portal for South Padre Island. Where to go, what to do, who to see about deep sea fishing, and where to eat. It's all here.
